By using Volts Dating you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
1. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for your account activity.
2. Conduct. No harassment, fake profiles, spam, or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Payments. VIP subscriptions are billed via Flutterwave. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
4. Safety. Always meet matches in public places. Volts Dating is not responsible for user interactions offline.
5. Content. You retain rights to your photos but grant us a licence to display them in the app.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect: phone number, name, age, photos, location (city), and your in-app activity (likes, matches).
How we use it: to match you with others, show your profile to potential matches, and process payments.
Location: we use your city and approximate distance. We never share your exact GPS coordinates with other users.
Sharing: we never sell your data. Phone numbers are only shared with mutual matches if you have a VIP plan.
Your rights: you can edit or delete your profile at any time.
